A Minor JAWS 18 Update Fixes Web and Thunderbird Bugs

This version resolves a couple of issues with websites including the display of row and column headers and toggling of forms mode. It also restores the reading of the message list in Thunderbird 52. It's a free update for existing users of JAWS 18.
