Optelec Now Shipping Compact 6 HD Speech, a Tiny Magnifier with OCR

Optelec's latest video magnifier is one of the smallest to gain OCR support, and it's now available.
The Compact 6 HD Speech has just been released by Optelec, a part of VFO. Coming in at just over a half inch thick, it can read text in over 25 languages while magnifying text up to 21X using its dual cameras. It includes a 6-inch touchscreen display and weighs just over 9 ounces.
It's listed now on their website for $1,595, which positions it slightly above the $1,295 [Compact 7 HD which is an inch bigger but lacks the OCR capabilities of the 6.
