The EyeNote Currency Recognizer Gets an Upgrade to Include Continuous Scanning

EyeNote is the currency identifier that was developed by the US government for IOS. When it was released in 2011, many people were disappointed because users had to take a picture of the bill in order to have it be identified. Even though the app was free, taking pictures meant taking more time to find out what each bill was, and the possibility of not getting a good enough photo. Now, finally EyeNote has been updated to include continuous scanning so that users only have to put their device near the bill to have it identified. This is a great upgrade because now iOS users have a free option for currency identification that is reliable and simple to use. It will be interesting to see how this change impacts the use of the LookTel Money Reader which is not free, but likely has been downloaded by many users already.
