#WWDC: Apple Finally Adding 3rd-party Keyboard Support, Opens Door for Fleksy and MBraille

Apple is previewing many of the features that will be included in iOS 8, the next major update for the iphone and iPad and one of these features will be potentially quite useful for the blind. Apple has included third-party keyboard support, meaning apps like Fleksy and MBraille should be able to directly integrate with the operating system. This means thatyou would be able to use keyboards like Fleksy in any place where you would normally use the on-screen keyboard. By comparison, Android has had third-party keyboard support for several years.
