Accessibility User Research Collective seeking local Atlanta participants for Narrator research study


The Accessibility User Research Collective is seeking residents of Atlanta to take part in an in-person survey assessing the usability of Narrator, the free screen reader included with windows 10.

This survey aims to assess the usability of Narrator for individuals who are blind/low vision. Consequently, participants must:

  • Legally qualify as either blind or low vision
  • be 18 years of age or older
  • Be a screen reader user
  • Be comfortable using Windows 10
  • Prefer English for reading and writing.

In addition, participants must be a member of the Accessibility User Research Collective. Prospective members can Fill out the online membership form for consideration
Selected participants will be assigned 9 tasks which they must complete with Narrator. They will subsequently answer a short in-person survey relating their experiences which will be used to inform future development on Narrator. Participants will also be granted a $100 stipend for their time and effort.
