It was disappointing that Betsey did not have VoiceOver enabled on her phone for the demonstration. I wonder if it was explained to her that many listeners are blind and want to hear a demonstration of software with all assistive technology features enabled as if they were using the product themselves. If this explaination isn't being offered before the recording starts, perhaps it should be so iPhones are blind ready for demonstrations.
