I have accessible windows7 laptops available for $500. Laptops have at least the following minimum specs, if not more. 160gig hard drive, 64bit dual core 2.0ghz processor, 2 to 4 gigs of ram, and windows7. Computers come set up with NVDA, a window-eyes and jaws demos, free accessible office suite and word processor, and some text adventures and audio games that are free. They also have a web browser and email application. I will also include free natural voices from microsoft sapi4 and the open-mary-tts project along with NVDA.
