Classifieds: Used Juliet Pro 60 Embosser in Pristine Cosmetic Condition, $1000 Plus Shipping

I have a Juliet Pro 60 embosser in need of a loving new home. This is a great embosser... very durable, can emboss on tractor feed paper, and includes ET Speak voice guidance prompts for easy navigation. The Juliet is in wonderful cosmetic condition. However, after some discussion with the fantastic tech support folks at Enabling Technologies, we discovered that it's likely that it has a solenoid that isn't impacting the paper, causing blocks of text to not emboss correctly. It works beautifully in single-sided mode, but due to this
issue, won't work correctly when printing in interpoint mode. I already have an RMA out on it, but haven't been using the unit enough to justify the cost of repairs, and have just been using it in single-sided mode. I would rather send it off to a nice new home where it'll get the use it deserves. Perhaps the contact info on my existing RMA request can be changed on it, if the new owner would like to go ahead and get it repaired, thus saving him or her a step in explaining the issues to tech support. The embosser will come with the power cord and a parallel to USB converter cable (this unit is one of the older models without a USB port, but I connected and used
it with no problems), and I'm happy to throw in some tractor feed paper, as well. While I don't have a disc (I bought this unit used and it didn't include one), I'll happily point you towards the driver, manuals etc, and if you need Braille translation software, I can send you the links for a demo of Duxbury, as well. I'm asking $1000 for the unit, plus shipping. I was told by the Enabling Technologies staff that the cost of repairs would be between $700-$1300, and generally the
cost is right at or a little under $1000. That means that should you purchase and choose to have this unit repaired, you'll be getting a fabulous embosser for well under the $4495 you would spend for a new Juliet Pro 60. You can learn all about the specs of this embosser at the following link: http://store.brailler.com/juliet-pro-60.html I prefer PayPal for payments, but will also accept a money order or check. Checks must clear prior to item being sent. While I'm not a regular seller there, you're welcome to check out my Ebay feedback profile to give you an idea of my character.
