I have a optilec alva bc640 with feature pack 40 cell refreshable braille display.

It is like new, I got it in 2013.

I have the display, case, charger and data cables.

This display can be used as a notetaker when not plugged into a device. Has internal storage for loading braille books and documents directly on it.

Can be connected to the computer or mobile device like an iPhone via usb or bluetooth.
audio from your computer or mobile device can be routed through the audio speakers on the braille display itself.
has very good, easy to read braille cells.
works on Windows w/ Jaws, Window-Eyes (and I am pretty sure with NVDA? I think)
works on mac os x w/ voice over
works on an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch.

the price is $2900 U.S. dollars. I am willing to negotiate the price. I will ship overnight anywhere in the United States as part of the price.
