Classifieds: Braille Blazers, Alva Satellite 584 braille displays and others starting at $299
I have the following items that are for sale, please email me if you are interested.
3 Braille Blazer embossers. Excellent physical and functional condition. Tested and working. Paper alignment has been adjusted. Connections are parallel and serial but can work with a parallel to USB adapter. I have one of these available. Set the device up as a generic USB printer and you are off and running with your translation software of choice. 2 come complete with carry bag, power cord and parallel cable, one does not come with a bag or cables. Asking $350 for each of these units. Price includes shipping which will be pricy because of weight. Reasonable offers will be considered.
3 Alva Satellite 584 Pro 84 cell Braille displays will be arriving next week. These were extra units that were never used and come in the original box and are in perfect working and cosmetic order, the display pins are flawless. Starting price for these units is $600 each which includes shipping and will come with everything including cables, power cord. 84 cells. Connections include serial and USB.
I have a Dell 15 inch laptop with 16 GB of ram, a 256 gb solid state disk and a 2.9 I7. Asking $500 for this.
I am open for trades on any of these items. I am specifically looking for a macbook pro, or air with similar specs or something comparable. I will consider other braille displays for one of these displays, for example a focus 40 with USB or something similar in excellent condition. The Alva Satellites in excellent condition are hard to come by and want them to go to someone who will have a need and take advantage of all 84 cells.
