Classifieds: Three items for sale--Perkins, iPhone SE 2020, and smart

I have three items for sale.
First, I have a Perkins Brailler, and am asking $200 for this. I have had it since I was a kid, and it has been heavily used. It sticks in a few spots, but with a little tlc it can be good as new. It doesn't come with any accessories, but I can throw in a decent stack of Braille paper as I won't be needing it anymore.
Second, I have a 64 gb iPhone SE 2020, in very good condition. It has a small ding on one of the corners, but other than that, it is in very good shape. It will come with a basic case, as well as a battery case. The battery case has seen better days, as the top piece is broken, but I'm throwing that in for free, so take it or leave it. The battery inside the case still works fine, and it is really handy to have, as the SE isn't known for having a particularly long lasting battery. You will need to supply your own charger. I am asking $300 for the phone. It is unlocked, so you can use it with any company you want. I used it with Metro PCS first, and then Straight Talk, running off Verizon towers. In both cases it worked great.
Finally, I have a smart watch, which is the Fossil gen 5 Garrett. This is a men's watch. It runs Wear OS, formerly known as Android Wear, but don't let the name fool you, it also works just fine for iOS devices. It is a gold color, and comes with a gold colored (stainless steel) band. I'm asking $100 for this.
Prices are somewhat negotiable, so long as offers are reasonable.
