The HandSonic HPD-20 is a hand percussion pad introduced by the Roland Corporation. It is a sophisticated hand percussion instrument with an amazing level of expressive power. It features 13 velocity-sensitive pads arranged in a circular configuration, with different pad sizes for maximum ergonomic efficiency. The dynamic pads are made of rubber to reduce fatigue on the hands. The HPD-20 provides 850 ready-to-play sounds, SuperNATURAL sound engine, and WAV import via USB. It can be played on its own or used as an addition to a larger drum kit.
