This is a used Accent SA speech synthesizer. You can hook this up to modern laptops using a USB to serial converter, or hook it up to your desktop. Using a hardware speech synthesizer saves computing power for other tasks and also separates your music and audio from your speech. Comes with serial cable and power supply.
