Western Digital 2TB Network Hard Drive for $376.99 Shipped

We've found the ultimate solution for storage, backup, multimedia, or just about any other large file need you may have. Buy.com has the Western Digital Mybook World Edition 2TB networkable hard drive for $376.99. With free shipping, it's one of the cheapest 2TB network hard drives we've ever seen. We talk a lot about large hard drives, but this one impresses us just a bit more. First of all, it can be configured as a 2TB drive or two 1TB drives using RAID 1. RAID allows you to be more sure that you won't lose your data by mirroring the contents of one drive on the other. So basically, if one copy of the file fails for any reason, you have another backup available. Also, it includes a gigabit network port, which is 10 times faster than the standard 100MBPS ports found on most computers. To be fair, you would need a gigabit router to take full advantage of the increased speed, but it is backwards compatible with your comparatively slower routers and computers. But if you are looking for the end-all drive for storage, this may be it.
