Select one to learn how long you can keep the item in the refrigerator or freezer and gain safety tips and storage instructions. Their sources are also listed, making the site more credible. I also like the depth of items included. For instance, I know specifically that GENERAL TSO'S CHICKEN lasts for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Now, time to clean our fridge.
