Shipment of BookSense Units Recalled

A shipment of BookSense units, sold in the United States by GW Micro, has been recalled to fix a defect with the unit. This recall only affects one shipment of the unit, and users have been contacted and offered free replacements, including shipping. We don't know know much else about the nature of the problem, but will report if we learn more. The problem appears to be temporary, and orders for the BookSense are still being accepted.

Update: It appears that most of the offending units were never shipped to customers, and only a very small amount were actually shipped before the glitch was called. Nevertheless, the problem appears to be rectified and all back to normal.
