See if your Next Flight will be Late

Did you know the U.S. has a Bureau of Transportation Statistics? It certainly does, and one of the types of statistics it tracks is flight delays. So before you book your next plane ticket, you can search any major airline and flight number and find out if your flight is historically late. One flight from Miami to Charlotte was late every single day in April, for example. It's yet another tool you can use to help you get the most of your travel.

Just fyi, the airlines themselves are required to disclose this information as well whenever you ask. They won't typically say anything about it on their own though.

I'm glad you mentioned this. Actually, airlines will be required to post this info on their websites when booking tickets in a couple months.
