It's a big day of releases at GW Micro, as new updates to both the Sense notetakers and SenseNav have been released. Version 5.5 of the firmware for the notetakers includes support for Microsoft Word 2007 documents, synchronization with Microsoft Outlook 2007, support for cookies in the web browser, an equalizer in the media player, more DAISY support in the book player, and many other enhancements. It's a free upgrade for current users. Meanwhile, a $99 update to SenseNav includes many of the features found in other Sendero products including 2010 maps, a history feature, more ways to search points of interest, and better address look-ups.
