Help the Department of Health and Human Services Improve Their Website

the department of Health and Human Services is looking for feedback from the blind community on how they use mobile technology. The answers from the survey will be used to guide future web design for the department. The survey has 15 questions and responders have until the 22nd of November to finish the survey. It's great to see that government agencies want our feedback on how we use technology so that they can make our experience as positive and accessible as possible.
