I have a yoga mat that is factory designed with embossing to show you the locations for your hands, feet, head and knees. There is large print and braille labeling.
The mat comes with

6 DVD’s with descriptions of the various yoga pose and a few other techniques.
You can copy these DVD’s on to your computer and used the files to design your own routines.
I am tossing in a $100 gift card I received for the online company for yoga clothing and items called karma.
